Welcome to LittleQuest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LittleQuest website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Website Use

You agree to use the LittleQuest website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if we reasonably believe it is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

2. Products & Availability

LittleQuest offers educational STEM toys and learning tools designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and hands-on exploration.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, or product availability.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders require processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery times displayed during checkout are provided for convenience only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

After an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier and is outside the control of LittleQuest.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or periods of unusually high shipping volume.

5. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We encourage all customers to review that policy before placing an order.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Once a chargeback has been opened with your payment provider, the transaction becomes subject to the payment processor's dispute procedures. During that time, we may be unable to issue additional refunds or make changes to the order until the dispute has been resolved.

LittleQuest reserves the right to respond to and contest chargebacks that are inconsistent with our published policies or applicable laws.

7. Peak Season Notice

During busy shopping periods, promotional events, or holidays, order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

While we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, LittleQuest cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, including birthdays, holidays, or other special occasions.

8. Product Safety

Our products are designed for educational and recreational use.

Children should use LittleQuest products under appropriate adult supervision where recommended. Customers are responsible for using products according to any safety instructions provided.

LittleQuest is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to the provided instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the LittleQuest website—including text, graphics, product images, logos, trademarks, videos, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to LittleQuest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
